We do not accept payment on-line, and can only accept bookings by telephone if you pay your deposit using a credit or debit card.

A booking deposit will be required equal to the total cost of one nights’ stay.

Payment by telephone may be made only by VISA, Maestro, JCB, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards.

The best times to telephone to make payment are between the hours of 08.30am - 10.00am, and 4.30pm - 6.30pm. (answerphone all other times.)

When making payment by telephone, please have all necessary booking details available as well as your payment card details.

If paying by cheque or postal order please first send an online booking enquiry, and then send a copy of the booking form email you receive with full payment for the cost of the first night. If you require a receipt please also send an SAE.

All bookings and fees are accepted on the understanding that the site rules will be observed,infringement of the site rules may lead to eviction.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-returnable and only valid for the season, the deposit is forfeit should a further booking not be made in 2010.
